Davis Island Youth Sailing Foundation (DIYSF) is looking for a Performance Programs Manager! This manager will oversee and assist with the development of DIYSF’s competitive sailing programs by enhancing the knowledge, skills, and overall experience of youth sailors. This is a full-time position, the equivalent of 40+ hours per week. Key responsibilities of the Performance Programs Manager include:
- Performance training
- Coach management
- Athlete development
- Competition management
- Equipment management
- Performance analysis
- Parent communication
- Regulatory compliance
