Larchmont Yacht Club (LYC) is looking for a full time, dynamic professional to join the Waterfront team as a Sailing Coordinator. This coordinator will play a pivotal role, delivering outstanding sailing programs paired with communication that embodies the club’s values. This position calls for an organized individual with strong administrative, customer service, and technical skills. Ties/experience in the sailing community is a plus.
The Sailing Coordinator is the first point of contact for sailing-related inquiries. Specific responsibilities include:
- Leading sailing communications
- Promoting the LYC mission
- Administrative support
- Junior Sailing program support
- Boat maintenance coordination
- Social media and marketing
- On-water event support
